A degradation in the storage medium used for CCTV archival footage resulted in storage locking to read-only mode and took Frigate down with it.

Upon investigation, it was found that using USB to SATA adapters are not so reliable... big news.

I plugged the disks into my desktop and mounted them to the server over SMB share (yeah.... shut up) to get everything back up ASAP. The hard drives has been entirely replaced with an SSD of same size, and while Frigate is currently working off of HDD mount over network, it is being live migrated to the SSD onboard at the same time, and will be switched over entirely once bulk of the copy ends.

Total downtime was from 21:43 to 23:38, total of 1 hours and 54 minutes. Currently it is up with very degraded performance due to migration, and will be fully back up within a couple of hours
