Issue resolved.

Due to expected-but-forgotten high CPU load, Bursa became temporarily unresponsive. We forgot to set the cpu limits for certain high demanding scheduled tasks, thus causing server to lock up under high load periodically. A fix has been applied and the status will be monitored in the following days.
