I turned it back on because why the fuck not

Due to literally 0 servers using the bot, and us not using it on our discord either, we are shutting down the music bot until further decision. It costs us nothing either way but we are slowly moving towards a serverless infrastructure to keep costs down at zero, and this bot is one thing we can't make serverless. Also it eats up too much ram I don't like it.
