Public Discord bot recovered. Despite multiple fixes from our side, due to that one dumbass over at Redbot, the Docker container's restart policy keeps resetting itself to "Never". Will look further into it tomorrow.

Also since this bot doesn't have any uptime guarantees I did not receive a phone call alert, thus the late response.
