Intermittent issues kept happening and upon further investigation it turns out our firewall is a bit spotty when you change even the tiniest setting within it.
Specifically, the server needs a reboot after changing firewall settings because the firewall terminates all existing connections and disallows all new connections temporarily, which causes DNS issues(we use DNS over HTTPS), which causes connections to betterstack heartbeat, discord gateway and more to fail.
So we'll just restar...
